i bought mezzo forte in december ‘07 when the end distro was having a christmas sale; i was in high school and have always associated the themes from these records with the holidays as a result. over a decade later, while driving home from my grandfather’s funeral, a full day’s trip, i discover that this, the first (and final) chapter has been released. perfect timing, prefect record. please keep making music, mates. & if it ever becomes possible to press the trilogy on vinyl, my money’
